How Is Thinborne Better Than Pitaka iPhone 16 Pro Max Case?

Different Business Than Pitaka iPhone 16 Pro Max Case Business

Pitaka does a great job of making the iPhone 16 pro max cases, but our business is a totally different approach or, let's say, pitch to them.

As a small business started in Frisco, Texas, in 2023, we have no reputation or brand awareness. But there are 3 things that make us different from the Pitaka iPhone 16 Pro Max case:

1: Quality Checks Process

We faced a setback when acquiring around 600 iPhone 14 Pro cases due to a poor supplier. However, since then, we've been committed to becoming the premier provider of aramid fiber minimalist cases.

Fortunately, we were fortunate enough to find one of the top three manufacturers in China who shared our vision of creating something extraordinary.

Recognizing our lack of reputation compared to Pitaka iPhone 16 Pro Max Case, we opted for a different approach: investing in higher-quality materials for our cases and even offering tempered glass screen protectors despite their higher cost than regular ones.

We implement three rounds of quality checks:

  • One during manufacturing with our guides
  • another in our QC agent warehouse
  • Final round in our Texas warehouse

2: Texas Service You Will Love

Service remains crucial for cases like ours, akin to Pitaka iPhone 16 Pro Max Case and Latercase. Given the investment involved, customers rightfully expect excellent service. Having experienced numerous failures but persevered, I understand the impact quality service can have on our success.

3: A Proud Small Business in Texas

There's something special about supporting small businesses in Texas rather than funneling business to overseas brands.

We do not have a problem with Pitaka iPhone 16 Pro Max Case being from China, but we are proud to be a small business in Texas!

What Our Customers Said About Us

Superb - and decent value 5/5 by Robert K

a picture of Thinborne iPhone 15 Pro Max Aramid Fiber case

"It’s impossible to not compare this to Pitaka, the most well-known brand making aramid fiber cases (I think). I had this same style for the 14 pro and loved it.

Thinborne’s version is flawless. I can only compare the Pitaka 16 vs the Thinborne 16 variants. The most notable difference is the metal camera ring vs plastic on the Pitaka. I am gentle on my cases but the soft plastic was the only part that was marked up with nicks. I expect the metal ring to wear much better.

The feel and texture is nice. Fit is very snug, even slightly hard to remove. Magnets are strong, 2nd strongest I’ve ever had. Personally I’ve never had an issue with magnets being too weak but strong magnets are so much more satisfying.

This case come with screen protectors. I already have one installed so I suppose I now have extras. But it’s a nice added value in a world of increasing case costs."

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely mind-blowing! - By Jeri Overal 5/5

"The Thinborne aramid fiber case is a true game-changer. It's like giving my phone a whole new wardrobe! The case boasts an incredibly sleek and lightweight design that not only enhances the phone's aesthetics but also its overall feel. The precision in its fit is simply astonishing, providing a snug embrace for my device.

What's even more remarkable is its flawless compatibility with my MagSafe charger, both at home and in the car – a substantial advantage. And there's no need to worry about my MagSafe wallet; it's a perfect match!
Here's the kicker – you don't just get one but two complimentary tempered glass screen protectors! Talk about going above and beyond. Plus, supporting an American business that crafts such exceptional cases like Thinborne is a no-brainer.

Believe me, this is the epitome of an aramid fiber minimalist case. If you're seeking a case that seamlessly combines style and quality, this is the one! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!"
